While I was passing Gallery Nine5 in Soho today, I noticed Tappe Francke’s newest mirror series on display. First let me say the photos do this series no justice. The experience is all about getting lost in these huge custom framed mirrors, the interaction of your reflection and the words scribbled in vibrant neon lights.

Francke writes: ” I want to engage viewers in an honest exchange with themselves, to ground them- if even just for a moment.”
